Wayne Huizenga is apparently not "actively selling the team", although he has admitted to have gotten several offers for the franchise. I don't think I buy this. He hasn't refuted anything directly and the news about the sale probably leaked out too early for his liking. Things have to be straightened out, which the original report said would take about a month. Don't expect this latest report to mean much. Wayne has had too much disappointment over the years and is unhappy about the fact fans in South Florida vilify him. Him selling the team is the best path for both parties involved in my opinion. You never know though, he might just decide to hold on a little longer because he is selling real low right now and anyone can see that.
