The PBP reports that the Dolphins have signed Boomer Grigsby to a 3 year deal. If you haven't heard of the fullback, then you're not alone. However, the 250 pounder can play special teams and runs a 4.5 40, which is crazy for his size. Usually I ignore the 40 times, but on special teams you are running downfield the whole play, so speed is useful. So is the ability to tackle, which he supposedly has.
Looks like a nice signing for the Dolphins, who look to improve their god-awful special teams play from last season. No word on what this means for the Juggernaut, though.
