Not sure how much of an impact he can be on this team, but Randy Shannon's son Xavier has transfered to the University of Miami. He plays center and might compete for time there, but who knows. He is a bit undersized for his position, but I'm not entirely sure he counts as a football scholarship because his father works for the university.
Aside from that, there are the rumors about Ramon Buchanon's commitment. Like McCray, his commitment was in question from the very start because he plays in a Gator pipeline. Rumors are he is leaving, though our guys doubt that. Who knows. I hope the guy sticks cause he is a talented player, but in the end of things, if guys don't want to be here, then good riddance. I'm sure he'll make the best decision.
Remember that all the California guys are coming in tomorrow for this weekend's official visits, so hopefully if things go well we might be looking at some additional commits. Vaughn Telemaque was rumored to be committing if he liked his visit, but recently he had Oregon #1 and USC #2 on his list, so it'll be an uphill battle.
